What I do at Ports of Jersey

I’m the Service Management Lead for the Group Technical Services (GTS) department, which includes the Engineering, IT and Service Desk functions. 

Within my role I –
  • Lead the Planning and Service Support teams – including coordination of workflows and projects across a range of portfolios;

  • Ensure the optimisation of assets across Ports of Jersey’s estate;

  • Support the GTS Service Delivery function with technical input and project oversight;

  • Provide assurance for the GTS health and safety management system, environmental responsibilities and relevant regulatory requirements.

Who am I?

I've worked for Ports of Jersey since 2012, with the majority of those 10+ years in health and safety roles across the organisation.

I enjoy the fast-paced, diverse environment Ports has to offer - no 2 days are the same and there's always an opportunity to learn or get involved with something new!
