I manage the Infrastructure and Development Performance Office at Ports, which is a team that is critical to the successful delivery of the wide and varied projects that are delivered across our estate. The team are responsible for delivering the right projects at the right time to support our Strategic Business Plan. We also ensure that our current portfolio of live projects are being kept within budget and delivered on time, and that we get the best value for money from our external suppliers. Our team is fortunate to work with all departments of PoJ and external business partners to make sure that projects are management efficiently and within scope. 

The Infrastructure and Development functions incldue the following:
- Cost and Commercial Management 
- Procurement 
- Risk Management 
- Portfolio Management
- Project Controls

Ports are about to embark on their biggest transformation since incorporation which includes the redevelopment of both the Harbour and the Airport! The Infrastructure and Development Department will be at the heart of these programmes! This is a once in a generation opportunity!

Following my Military career I have been fortunate to work in the major events industry working for the Olympics, Commonwealth Games and Formula E World Racing Championship as an advisor in security and Counter Terrorism. Following some time as a consultant I have worked in the aviation industry for the last 7 years.

There has never been a better time to start a position within such an exciting organisation. Our department will not only support the delivery of two of the largest redevelopments the island would have seen, but our "business as usual" projects are just as exciting. We need team players who are keen to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in to make sure the whole department can deliver all Project on time and on budget!
